KS3 and KS4
Joe Harkness has developed a 40-page teaching pack which goes alongside his book, ‘Bird Therapy’. Some activities could possibly be used with lower year groups, too. Just to let you know, Extract 1 is very hard-hitting and comes with a Trigger Warning but following that it’s a lot more about general mental health. Joe’s a trained SEN teacher and has created these resources free of charge.

Most suited to KS3/4 but parts could be used for KS2 also
