- scrutiny of pre-payroll documentation and issuing contracts of employment for your staff
- advice on general terms and conditions of service for teaching and support staff, such as annual leave entitlements, factor calculations and part-time teachers’ pay
- administration and advice on maternity leave, shared parental leave and adoption provisions
- processing pay factor changes for your support staff after five years’ service, where they are entitled to additional annual leave
- guidance documentation to support your HR administration processes
- safeguarding administration support through processing DBS disclosure applications for employees (subject to an external DBS fee) and advising on the single central record
